Event Planners & Wedding Services in Sushant Golf City
Sushant Golf City is a newer integrated township off Sultanpur Road and Shaheed Path, with a golf course, villas, apartment towers, clubhouses and landscaped open spaces. Families who live here, and many who don't, look to it for events that feel modern and resort-like: a poolside mehendi, a cocktail evening on a lawn, a sangeet in a clubhouse, or a small wedding that doesn't want a crowded city hall or a long drive for guests flying in.
We plan here with the township's character in mind: open-air décor that works at sunset, pastel and floral mandaps, fairy lights by the pool, a live band or acoustic duo, and catering with continental and Awadhi counters side by side. Gated communities have their own rules on timing, vehicles and music, so we confirm those with the management first. Being close to our base in Gomti Nagar Extension, our teams reach quickly for site visits and setup.

FAQQuestions people ask
Can you do a poolside function in Sushant Golf City?
Yes. Poolside lawns here suit mehendi, cocktail evenings and small weddings. We plan décor, lighting, seating, catering and music to fit the space and the venue's rules, with safety around the pool in mind.
Is it easy for guests from the airport to reach?
Yes. Shaheed Path links Sushant Golf City to the airport at Amausi, so guests can come straight from the flight. We can arrange airport pickups for relatives.
Do we need permission from the township for an event?
Usually, for events in common spaces or with music and outside vehicles. Check with the management or the venue; we work within whatever timings and entry rules they set.
