01Who you are dealing with

02Booking an event
Book Now, a WhatsApp message or a call is a REQUEST — it does not reserve a date by itself. We call you back, understand the event, and send a written quote. Your date is confirmed only when you accept the quote and the agreed advance reaches us, and we confirm it in writing on WhatsApp or email.
03Prices for events
Event services are priced on request because no two events are the same — the guest count, the venue, the theme and the date all change the cost. The quote we send lists what is included. Anything added later (extra guests, more decor, extra hours) is quoted and agreed before we provide it.
04Advance and balance
The advance amount and the date the balance is due are written on your quote. The balance is normally settled on or before the event day. We do not ask for money for a service before we have sent you a quote.
05Changes and cancellation by you
Tell us as early as you can. A change of date is accommodated where we and our teams are free on the new date. If you cancel, the advance is adjusted against costs already incurred for your event (flowers, materials, vendor bookings); anything not yet spent is refunded. The cancellation terms for your event are written on your quote.
06If we have to cancel
If we ever cannot deliver a confirmed event, we refund everything you paid us in full.
07The venue and the day
You arrange the venue's permissions, timings and any sound or fire rules, unless your quote says we do. Our setup needs the access time agreed in the quote. Damage to our decor, props or equipment by guests is charged at cost.
08Hari Store orders
An order is an offer to buy; it becomes a contract when we confirm it and hand it to a courier. Every price includes GST. Delivery is free on orders over ₹499. Below that a small delivery charge is shown at checkout. Cash on delivery is available.
09Your account
Keep your password to yourself; anything booked or ordered from a signed-in account is treated as done by you.
10Our content
The photographs, designs and wording on this site are ours. Please do not copy them onto another website or listing.
11What we are responsible for
Delivering the event as quoted and the items as ordered, and refunding you when we do not. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by weather, the venue, a government order or anything else outside our control — in those cases we work with you on a new date first.
12Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Lucknow.
