A roka might need only a pandit, shagun trays and a modest lunch; a sangeet needs a stage, sound, lights and someone to run the show. Choose packages that cover those essentials, then add extras only where they matter to you.
Packages are built around a guest range and a duration, such as a few hours of DJ time or a set number of mehndi artists. If your mehndi has far more guests than the package assumes, or the cocktail is expected to run late, the quote changes. Share realistic numbers on the call.
If the haldi and mehndi are on the same day at the same home, or the sangeet and cocktail at the same venue, ask for them to be planned together. Shared setups, sound and staff can bring the overall quote down and make the turnaround between functions far smoother.
Many halls have their own rules on outside decorators, sound limits, closing times and serving drinks. A package with a DJ or a bar counter has to fit those rules. Ask your venue for its terms in writing and share them with Hari Event before the quote is final.

Yes. You might take a package for the busiest function, perhaps the sangeet or the haldi, and single services elsewhere, such as only a pandit for the roka or only décor for the engagement. The quote lists each one separately.
Are venues included in the packages?
Only where the listing says so. The cocktail party package and the bachelorette package include a venue, as their listings show; the others assume you have a home, hall or lawn. If you need a venue, mention the area and guest count when you send the request.
How is a package priced for my function?
The listed price is a starting point for that package. The final quote depends on your guest count, the place, the theme, the date and any items added or removed, and it comes in writing after the team understands your function.
